109mm Natural Brown Cones
Our 109mm consumer cone is perfect for 1 gram finished products, but some pre-roll manufacturers fit up to 1.25 grams in these king sized consumer cones. These natural brown consumer cones are made from ultra-thin European rolling paper that is derived from sustainably sourced wood pulp. Compared to the refined white rolling paper, the natural brown rolling paper is slightly less refined, which gives these consumer cones their light brown color, however they are still thin enough to create a nearly transparent joint cone. These ultra-fine, flavor-free pre roll cones allow the taste of your flower to take center stage and all of our paper cones burn evenly and smoothly for the perfect pre rolled joint. We lab-test all our consumer cones to meet the highest industry standards and have all the compliance documents available. We also carefully roll all our consumer cones to industry standard sizes, so you can rest assured they will work perfectly in your cone filling machines, like the King Kone or Fill N’ Fold pre-roll filling machine.

The rolling paper used to manufacture our consumer cones is sourced from the highest quality rolling paper mills in Europe. We offer 3 main rolling paper types for our cones: refined white, natural brown, and 100% organic hemp rolling paper (we also offer multiple types of hemp wrap blunt cones). Our cones also feature a straight gum-line, which means less paper and a more even burn. Cheap consumer cones are made with low quality rolling paper, but our rolling papers are super smooth and slow burning. +Â What is the difference between the white and brown cones?
White rolling paper tends to have less paper taste and a cleaner smoke than brown papers – this is because the whitening process removes lignins. People theorize that lignins are what give Mesquite BBQ its’ distinctive smoky taste. As for the appearance, brown is significantly darker toned paper versus white. When customized, this color variation allows both cone styles to compliment certain printed colors and designs. Â
